Shipping Policy

Welcome to Forbidden Cards!

As we are an Australian Store (Based in Melbourne) we will be using Australia Post for all local shipping.

Tracking will be included in all shipments so please make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive updates.

All higher value pulls will be shipped in top loaders and all remaining cards will be shipped bundled and secured together. (This should be expected practice by now but we still get cardboard holders in the mail sometimes!)

We don't have a physical location yet but pick ups will be an option in future once we have a brick and mortar store.

Shipping Rates

Australia Post Shipping Rates are as follows:

Orders under 5kg - $12.00.

Orders over 5kg - ...We will figure that out soon (sizes are weird).

Return & Exchange Policy

For all sealed product orders we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Our store will not tamper with or in anyway intentionally damage any sealed or unsealed product prior to shipment.
